Guide to Court Reports
Our court summaries include the Circuit and Associate Circuit Courts in Greene and Christian counties as well as the
U.S. District Court in Springfield.
Federal summaries list: Ptf vs Dft; case number; and the judgment.
Circuit courts list: the
party whom the judgment was against (most domestics are listed by the last name of the male); the other party; case
number; type of suit (if available); and the judgment. Often when a case is dismissed the party who initiated the suit is
listed with the judgment against them. It is important to remember that the case was dismissed; we are merely relaying
the information in the same manner that it is recorded by the courts
